Fragile Ceramic Products
Please note that this product is made from ceramic and is fragile. Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to help protect it during transportation.
Our courier provider, The Courier Guy, transports ceramic products; however, fragile items may be subject to limitations under the courier's own liability terms.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify Keegan's World as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photographs of the damaged item, the internal and external packaging, and the courier label. This helps us assess and resolve the matter promptly.
