Physical products displayed as available for purchase are held in stock by Keegan’s World and dispatched directly to customers within South Africa.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the nature of individual products.
Minor variations may occur between ceramic and decorative products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Product prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed before checkout is completed.
Keegan’s World reserves the right to change product prices from time to time. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.
Payments made through our website are processed securely through Payfast.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
Keegan’s World delivers physical orders within South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Our standard flat delivery rates are:
Cape Town — R169 per order
Nationwide — R229 per order
Flat-rate delivery applies per order rather than per individual item, provided the complete order falls within our standard shipping limits.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful payment.
This is our dispatch timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Courier transit times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Multiple products may be included under one applicable flat delivery charge provided the complete order can be safely packed within our standard shipping limits.
If an order requires additional shipping cartons, exceeds our standard parcel limits or requires special courier handling, an additional delivery charge may apply.
We will contact you before dispatch if an additional delivery payment is required.
Our standard nationwide delivery rate applies to normal residential and business addresses within the courier’s standard delivery network.
Farms, plots, remote destinations and other special-access locations may attract additional courier charges.
Should an additional charge apply to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
Where delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, reasonable additional courier charges for redelivery may apply.
Certain products sold by Keegan’s World are made from ceramic and are inherently fragile.
Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at [email protected].
Please include clear photographs of the damaged product, internal and external packaging and courier label to assist us in assessing and resolving the matter.
The requested 48-hour notification period assists us with investigating transit damage and does not remove any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
Keegan’s World complies with applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
Where goods are defective, unsafe or otherwise fail to meet applicable statutory standards, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with South African law.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African law.
A change of mind is treated differently from defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
The Keegan’s World recipe e-book is supplied digitally. No physical book will be delivered.
The email address entered during checkout is used in connection with access to the purchased e-book.
Purchased e-book access is intended for the purchaser’s personal use.
The e-book may not be copied, resold, redistributed, publicly shared or commercially exploited without written permission from Keegan’s World, except where permitted by law.
Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
Unless otherwise stated, original recipes, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, e-book content and other original materials appearing on Keegan’s World are owned by or licensed to Keegan’s World.
Content may not be reproduced, resold, republished or commercially distributed without permission, except where permitted by law.
Promotions, competitions and giveaways may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
