Delivery Rates
Cape Town — R169 per order
Nationwide — R229 per order
Our flat delivery rate applies per order, not per item, provided your complete order falls within our standard shipping limits.
That means you can purchase multiple products and pay one applicable delivery fee, provided the order can be safely packed within our standard parcel limits.
Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful payment.
Please note that this is our dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Once your order has been dispatched, courier transit time will depend on your delivery destination.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been booked and dispatched with The Courier Guy.
Large Orders
If your order is too large to safely fit within our standard shipping limits and requires an additional shipping carton, an additional delivery charge may apply.
If this happens, we will contact you before dispatch.
Remote & Special-Access Locations
Our standard nationwide delivery rate applies to normal residential and business addresses within the courier’s standard delivery network.
Farms, plots, remote destinations and other special-access locations may attract an additional courier charge.
If an additional charge applies to your delivery address, we will contact you before dispatch.
Fragile Orders
Our ceramic products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
